looks like everyone was having fun at ‘snb’. i miss that. i’m living in a new location and i went from fun and excitement to tranquil and quiet — sort of.

i know you’ve been talking about me and wondering where i be. and yes, i know, i send you an initial e-mail then, i disappear without a word. now, what king of secret pal is that? yeah, you’re right…..the worse kind. i have to admit, it’s been a rough couple of weeks for me. and, i still have another two weeks or so until i’m through with it all. needless to say, i’m a bit out of sorts.

however, don’t worry, you’ve been right up there in my mind but, you’ll need to wait and see what i have in store for you. and, that’s all i’m going to say for now, i don’t want to give too much away. in the meantime, i hope you have a wonderful weekend.

p.s. i have to tell you that you’ve inspired me to knit some kind of lace pattern. maybe a shawl. i love shawls. i don’t have a pattern as of yet…..any suggestions for a first-timer? and, maybe a suggestion on a yarn that you love? thanks.

also, when i see all the pictures of mr. chappy, i keep thinking i need to send of few mine, i have two, a tibetan terrier and a coco-a-poo — maybe next time after they’ve been groomed and struting their stuff.
