Union Square Market KAL??

So, Marina suggested that I host a Knit-along for the Union Square Market sweater. I don’t know . . . I’ve never hosted a KAL before! Is there some sort of protocol involved? Or do you just have to be the first to say “I’ll do it?”

What do you folks thing–I’m willing, but could use some guidance!

    Oh, yes, we do need a knit-along and there is first for everything, right?
    My suggestions/preferences: I prefer have a knit-along as stand-alone blog where all the partecipants can write/post photos rather than having the host post on her blog for everybody. And I think it is less work for the host that way ;-)
    When should we start? August?

    GO FOR IT! You’d be great at organizing it. Although I probably won’t participate, I will try to knit something while you all are knitting the sweater.
