That had to make you feel good. Hmmm. Sleeves are tricky. With the cables on the whole length of the sleeve I don't think it will get much longer when blocked. Wider, yes. The rest of the sweater is largely stockinette which behaves differently when blocked so I actually think you'll be ok. Congrats on getting the earring back! That had to make you feel good.
