I WILL say that when my lil’ dude (Angus, my corgi) ate a bunch of ginger chews, foil wrappers and all, it was about a week before I saw them again. He never got visibly sick, and seemed perfectly fine, no stomach distension or anything, and I had hopes that he had somehow digested the things, but then 1 or 2 came out of his back end, and the rest came up the way they went in! :S So in short, don’t be surprised if it’s a week or so …
Aw thanks! Michelle (My Boring Life) tagged me with this nice award yesterday. So right back at ya! The Chao yarn colors are awesome. Too bad about the plying issue and the tangled-ness. Wow, Phildar will be done in no time. Guess you should start thinking about the next sweater.
Chappy’s “Incident” reminded me of our Dalmatian Ben, who ate things unfit for consumption (most of which came through the other end), including a knee high stocking, a styrofoam-and-pins-and-sequins Christmas ornament, a little cape from a superhero action figure (my personal favourite- came out as “Super Poop”), and a spool of elastic thread. Remember, we have dogs on purpose!
Oh no! LOL! Your admittedly nifty little linkie thing shows my last blog post title like I’m some kind of unfeeling hateful pet owner! Caveat: Unhappy wit me & the vet, but healthy.
Here’s hoping Chappy is both happy AND healthy. Or as happy as he can be at the end of Stollen season.

I’m honored to be on your list of ‘favorites’ :o))

I’m so glad Chappy is well–yay!

I’ve done that too, only tied the skein in two places and then abused it a little! What a pain that was! It involved scissors.

Congrats on your award! And on being so close to finishing your sweater.

The Chaos yarn colors are really pretty. Maybe it’ll be an easier untangling job than you imagine.
Here’s hoping that Chappy works it all out and has no further problems!

The yarn is pretty. Maybe you could frame it and call it “art”?
Thanks for the linky love!
