		<description>(Determinedly NOT looking at the nice cake.)  Of the cocoa mixes I&#039;ve tried, Lake Champlain is indeed superlative in taste and price.  Among supermarket varieties, I prefer Swiss Miss - many of the others seem unnaturally viscous.

		<description>Sounds like a nice Monday.  The crumb cake looks lovely, which makes me think I need to make a St. Louis specialty sometime soo a Gooy Butter Cake, which is similar to a crumb cake but really gooy and buttery. 

HOpe your Tuesday isn&#039;t too bad.

Oh and your Japaneese lace is fabulous!

		<description>Interesting about the cocoa comparison. I only deal in the kind that doesn&#039;t have powdered milk included (so I can make it with soy) and isn&#039;t milk chocolate. I LOVE the Ghiradelli. Go figure.

It was 40F here  yesterday. Today? It maybe hit +4F and the windchill is EVIL.
