DST is jetlag. Mandated by hateful people. Turn on all your lights in the morning and whatever you do, don't shop at night. That's what it's really supposed to do - we go out and shop during all those lovely daylight hours after work. Gah. Clever idea for the cookie/brownie combo! Having those delicious brownie-oatmeal cookie thingies shoudl help mute the initial pain od daylight savings time. Getting up this morning in the dark was not pleasant. Interesting brownie pan. Isn't it funny how a piece of kitchen equipment can inspire a person to bake? My newest (don't know if you read UnderSaskSkies lately) favourite thing in the kitchen is a scone pan. Makes me look way more professional than I really am. Now, if someone could invent something for a knitter that makes projects look really great (other than- oh, say, knitting accurately), then I'd really be in business. Judy G.'s last blog post..Best.
