It was a very “Monday” Monday today. We’ve been having trouble with our phones for a while now, so today, Optimum was here yet again, this time to get our alarm system hooked back up. But in the meantime, they needed to run new wire an try to make sense out of a tangle of cables that other technicians have left over the years. All of which meant Chappy was confined to the laundry room and the hallway just outside it for hours. We took him for a walk at lunch, and he was so anxious to get OUT, he pulled me all the way to the front door. One of the technicians (nicely) joked, “Who’s taking who for a walk?”

And, meanwhile, tonight is yet another night that the poor little guy is just exhausted. All that frustration of wanting to chase people out of the house and not being able to!

Otherwise, well, it was Monday, what can I say? At least the sun was shining.

I ordered some buttons for my sweater, and am hoping that I made a good guess as to the color. It’s tricky on the computer, of course, and my Dad laughed at me when he walked by an saw me sitting here holding one of my sweater pieces next to the screen.
