Ooohhh... poor Chappy. Poor you! I recall one day my first dog (a Newfie/lab) made one of those enormous aromatic puddles in the middle of the living room carpet. Five minutes before I had to leave for work. My daughter was still crawling at the time and we had a nanny - thankfully she didn't mind being the one to let the carpet cleaners in!
