He seems like a really sweet young man. And I'd call a doctor, if I were you. I'm not a professional, but I do know that many diseases have a consistent, low-grade fever as a symptom. Like mono. (I had that when I was a little girl.) I'm sure you're probably fine, but I'd hate to see a fellow knitter and dog-momma not doing well! Your nephew is cute! He seems like a really sweet young man.
