Doesn’t this look cozy? My bedroom is in the back of the house, on northwest side, so I don’t get a whole lot of morning sun. This morning, while I was getting to work, I glanced over and … so pretty. I had to stop and take a picture.

Mom and I had Chinese food for supper, and our “thing” when we have more than two fortune cookies is for the third one to be Chappy’s. Well, this was HIS fortune tonight. How could a Mom not love that one?

Unfortunately (from his point of view), I followed this up by putting ear drops in his ears tonight. He’s been shaking his head more than usual, and while his ears look clean to me, I figured a few drops of ear-cleaner couldn’t hurt. He hates that, though–he sat nicely while I put them IN, but then for the next 20-25 minutes couldn’t settle anywhere, kept rubbing his head against the rug. Poor boy!

Otherwise? Quiet day.

Okay–going off to try to figure the ins and outs of Microsoft Office 2007 now…
