072208_0006 I had a nice surprise waiting when I got home, though–my order from Interweave Knit’s “Hurt” book sale. All of them, I might add, in apparently immaculate condition, though there aren’t any paper covers on any of them.

Otherwise? Hot. Sticky. I hope those geese were heading someplace cool.

    I got a couple of books from the Hurt Book Sale, but mine haven’t made it to me yet. I don’t think I saw the Knit So Fine book though. Darn! Or perhaps I just decided to not buy quite so many books. The Hurt Book Sale is great and you don’t have very many issues with the books actually looking hurt.

    Nice haul of “hurt” books.
    Get out of the road you damn geese!!!! When my Dad was a kid he shot a goose, plucked it and ate it. He said it tasted horrible.
