I just gave Koni a full on grooming on Sunday. He got his ears and paws done and a couple mats on his belly taken care of. I used my new thinning shears and they work great! Your cut looks great! I’ll be getting a trim on Saturday. ]

How wide is the afghan? Looks like a short needle.
