		<description>Oh, yeah, potato starch thickens sort of crazily more than cornstarch! We learned the opposite way - I had potato starch on hand (it&#039;s very common for gf baking) and was out of cornstarch. We basically made turkey jello instead of turkey gravy!</description>

		<description>You&#039;re so energetic and motivated.  I sent dear husband of mine golfing today for Father&#039;s Day.  He got so hot he came home, went for a swim, then went to bed.  He says his Father&#039;s Day was perfect!  Don&#039;t tell him your dad got blueberry pie, though, or he&#039;ll be sooooo jealous.  It looks scrumptous!!!</description>
