Moving Day Part 4
Well, let’s see … the guys with the truck got here about 6:30 … but are going to have to make a second trip. It’s 8:30 now, and they’ve got a lot of the smaller stuff in, but only a couple of the big things.
And, man, they are TIRED.
On the plus side, I got the living room television set up to play the World Series, which is making everyone a little happier. And my sister’s lasagna was very tasty!
Oh, and did I mention? We’re all tired, too.

Tannenbaum.
House Calls

Moving is never fun…I hope you get some sleep tonight. Keep smiling…It will be over before you know it.
Curious to know where you’re at now. I predict that they’ll finish around 1am and that you’ll be up until 2. How wonderful that people sent you food!
just get beds set up, and made, and then call it a night.
it gets better from this day forward
My thoughts and my prayers are with you as you embrace this new adventure.
I’m absorbing positive attitude lessons from you with every post.
Thank you. Give your Mom my best wishes as well.

Moving Day sounds like a polite euphemism! Good luck getting settled in the new digs — hope you have an ample supply of analgesics.

Oh, groan. Moving Day. The thought of it makes me cringe bigtime.
Thanks for the compliments on my Honeysuckle! It’s so soft and warm it’s difficult to take it off
AH yes. I remember the physical and emotional tiredness that I have when I move. It’s exciting to be in a new place, but emotionally and physically draining.
I hope you get settled quickly. Say Hi to Chappy for me.
I’ll bet you’re ALL tired!
