What am I thankful for today? I went to the eye doctor because my left eye has been feeling like it had something in in for days now. (Okay, a couple weeks.) It didn’t hurt, wasn’t affecting my vision, so–what with the move and all–I didn’t rush over to the eye doctor. But, it’s still bugging me, so today I went.

Turns out, I’ve got a scratch on my eye which, according to my doctor, can feel the same as an irritant. He prescribed some antibiotic eye drops to prevent an infection, but otherwise it should just take care of itself.

It’s good to see that Chappy is relaxed. He doesn’t have a pillow up in my office-room (yet?), but the aghan my Grandmother made me back in the 80s works well, too, don’t you think?
